Our commitment to nurturing the land means that we work with the natural environment, rather than against it. We graze a diverse mix of animals, practicing stock rotation to allow our pastures to flourish, enriching the soil and enhancing biodiversity without the use of harmful chemicals. Over the years, we’ve witnessed a delightful resurgence of life on our farm. The joyful chorus of native birds fills the air, as their numbers have flourished thanks to our commitment to sustainable practices. Busy dung beetles now thrive in the nutrient-rich pastures, playing a crucial role in recycling nutrients for our land. We’re thrilled to see the emergence of dragonflies and increase in frogs, which return as indicators of a healthy ecosystem, weaving their magic around our farmland and serene water bodies
